Welcome to SudokuMaster. These Terms and Conditions govern your utilization of the SudokuMaster mobile application developed by Dronova Tech.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing SudokuMaster, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these professional standards. Failure to adhere to these terms constitutes a breach of the user agreement.

2. Intellectual Property & License

Dronova Tech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to utilize SudokuMaster for personal pattern-solving purposes. All proprietary logic, "Neural Engine" algorithms, visual assets, and high-fidelity interfaces remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dronova Tech.

• Unauthorized extraction or reverse-engineering of binary logic is prohibited.
• Redistribution of assets or branding is strictly restricted.

3. Data Integrity & Persistence

User progress, achievement tiers, and mastery statistics are persisted locally. Dronova Tech holds zero liability for data loss resulting from hardware failure, OS-level uninstallation, or manual cache clearance performed by the user.

4. Premium Feature Availability

All core features, including the "Neural Burst" and "Logic Sync" systems, are provided as-is. Continued availability is contingent upon local device compatibility and maintenance of the standard Android runtime environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dronova Tech and its associates provide this application "as available." We assume zero liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential results arising from the utilization or inability to utilize the neural interface.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the legal frameworks of the developer's operational jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through established professional arbitration channels.
